If you choose prepayment, please transfer the total amount to our account first. Shipping will take place after receipt of payment. You will find all the necessary information for your transfer in our confirmation email. We ask for your understanding that we can only hold the goods for 7 working days and that your payment must be received in our account within this period. After this period has expired, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal details and your credit card details in a form. These are then sent to the payment provider via a secure connection. The credit institution checks the transaction data and your credit line in a few seconds and sends the result of the check to the seller. If the response is positive, your credit card will be charged with the agreed amount.

With PayPal, you can pay for your purchases safely and easily - without having to enter your bank details or credit card number, because your data is stored in your PayPal account. The only requirement is a PayPal account, which you can set up at www.paypal.de.

When purchasing on account, please ensure that the specified billing address matches the delivery address. If this is not desired, purchase on account cannot be made. We use the payment service provider "Klarna" for this payment option, connected via ShopifyPayments.

KLARNA – PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT – PURCHASE BY INSTANT TRANSFER

You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice and transfer the amount to be paid to Klarna's account. You can shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products in the comfort of your own home. The invoice is issued when the goods are dispatched and sent by email.

With Klarna Sofort you can easily complete your order using your online banking details. You will then receive a transaction confirmation and your order can be processed straight away.
