Our exclusive Subscribe & Save service ensures that your luxury skincare essentials are always available - without any hassle or extra effort. Simply select the Subscribe & Save option when selecting products and we will ensure that your products arrive on time and reliably according to your preferred delivery interval. Of course, you can adjust, pause or cancel your subscription at any time - whatever you wish.
1. Select subscription
In the product overview, below the "Add to cart" button, select the alternative purchase option "Subscribe & Save."
2. Specify delivery interval
Decide on the delivery interval that suits you best. You can choose between monthly , bi-monthly , and tri-monthly .
3. Buy & Save directly
Depending on the delivery interval you select, you will receive a discount of between 5% and 15% . This discount will be applied directly to your shopping cart.
Frequently asked questions about subscriptions
Simply select your preferred delivery frequency under “Subscribe and Save” on the product page, add the product to your shopping cart and complete the payment process as usual.
You can manage your subscription purchases at any time via your customer account.
You can extend, pause or cancel your subscription here: https://account.naturfactor.de/abonnements.
To do this, simply log in to your customer account and click on "Profile" next to your initials. Here you will find your address book and can view and change existing delivery and billing addresses.
Then apply the updated information to your subscription by editing the desired subscription in the My Subscriptions section.
The subscription service requires payment by credit or debit card.
Alternative payment methods such as PayPal or Klarna (purchase on account) are not supported.
